MASSIVE HAPPENING: Pajeets and chinese stole AI from Russian scientists.
>Alex Krizhevsky (born 4 March 1986)[not verified in body] is a Canadian computer scientist most noted for his work on artificial neural networks and deep learning.
>In 2012, Krizhevsky, Ilya Sutskever and their PhD advisor Geoffrey Hinton, at the University of Toronto,
> developed a powerful visual-recognition network AlexNet using only two GeForce-branded GPU cards

Basically, 2 russian PhD students, Alex Krizhevsky and Ilya Sutskever, came up with a way to combine GPU / graphics cards into a hardware that can train LLMs.
They entered an LLM training contest with their GPU and beat everybody by a mile.
Essentially, chinese and pajeets stole this and calling this their technology.
