my old job gave me an iphone11 for work. im no longer with them and they never asked for it back (to my knowledge, i cant access that email anymore). is there a way to completely reset it so i can give it to my niece?

I recently reset my old iPhone 11 back to factory reset to give to my niece. It deleted everything off the phone. However, it still says my iPhone storage is full just because of photos. I checked every photo album and there is no photos anywhere. What is the problem? How can I fix this? Any help is appreciated.
