Is the a way to replace Emerald's intro and start screen with Ruby's?

I want Pokemon Ruby but with Emerald's Battle Frontier. Given the lack of support for Ruby, it seems like it might be easier to just replace all the sprites and teams in Emerald with the Ruby ones. However, the intro and start are dealbreakers for me. If I see Rayquaza instead of Groudon on boot-up, it wont be the same.
