I used to be a Rocket OTP because he's a qt and all that, but after playing a bunch of Jeff, Rocket feels pretty boring in comparison now. It's just a shame about Jeffs ult being trash, I feel bad whenever I hear LEGENDAAARY and there isn't anything I can do.
