It's very good, it's an excellent remix of X68000 Cotton, trying to aim for high scores is a blast especially when you're trying to manage crystals. My only complaint is that the screen can get very crowded, it's on par with Deathsmiles in that regard.
If you don't play remakes out of principle then High Tension is going to have everything Reboot had but with entirely new levels and story.

Reboot also comes bundled with a very faithful recreation of the original X68000 game if you don't want to emulate it, just keep in mind that it's still not the original arcade version.
