It's all just busywork, needless fake complexity to make it harder for brainlets to look behind the curtain.
At the end of the day it's no more interactive than shadowverse.
You do the same shit with more motions and you do them in a single sequence instead of a pretend back and forth.
It's more complex on the surface, but that's it.
This comes from having played yugioh since it released and same with to og shadoba.
If you remember the initial version of yugioh it's easier to compare and see what I mean.
Not saying it is inherently a bad thing, just know what to expect from card games...
