As well as some African countries such as Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. It is available legally in a small zone of Singapore that is designated as a red light area. It is technically illegal in UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) but escorts advertise online and it is widely available, as long as you are discreet it isn't a problem, the police there don't give a shit as long as it remains behind closed doors. The USA along with a handful of countries with sharia law are the only places where it seems to be a real issue.
