Use your stamina on skills. Dont bother using it for artifacts yet, that is what you do last. Get them to 10, do your weekly bosses as needed, those will also give relics. After skills are maxed out, sometimes you can skip basic if you feel like it. Then into the relic and planer mines. Planers while working on skills are fine to just do the free 4 a week from DU.
