Give it up, man. I love her but she isn't going to join. I believe Oda intended her to join but changed his mind somewhere during early Wano. This is why she's practically written to join with 50 reasons why she'd be a perfect fit, but she still won't join. Because Oda decided to include her when he wrote her, but then decided against actually including her, for whatever reason. Both of these will remain; her fitting in perfectly, and her being left outside the crew. Oda had several perfect opportunities to include her, including being a stowaway, but he never did. At this point she's missed out on so much of the main adventure it's pointless to include her anymore, and I do believe that holds true for anyone who joins after this point.
