Anon, i literally said in my first sentence that it was less entertaining because it was a cartoon, ffs obviously it doesn't work like that irl that doesn't need to be pointed out. What i was saying is, generally when you watch one you do want characters to at least be a little bit consistent. It's naturally jarring to the viewer to see characters act completely differently between episodes without reason. Even then, i did say that in itself it's not a problem, if they wanted to write Shannon as some BPD-bitch then that's completely fine, but at least make it ENTERTAINING. That's the whole point. In the show she is just written that way to make "lol isn't robot such a fucking loser?" episodes work. That's why aside from her looks, most people don't like the character.
