Could have something like regular vtuber streamers, they are themselves with an avatar. Maybe some lore, maybe just "look I have cat ears." They remain open about their lives to the extent they wish to be open to. Sharing marriages,kids, whatever.

Then maybe have some sort of disclaimed "fantasy" streamer. "This streamer is playing a character and nothing the character says shall be taken as a representation of the streamers actual beliefs or behaviors."
It could be like a surgeons general warning. Since it was disclaimed then it's kind of on you at that point. Put it in the description or at the bottom of the vid or something. The disclaimer is what keeps the distinction clear for vulnerable adults and teenagers with their moms credit card.
