Women should only be allowed in under the M-1D immigration program, which stands for Marry-One Dick. It functions similarly to the H-1B program, except that the immigrant's status is secured via marriage to one male (male) citizen. Should this marriage lapse, the immigrant loses their status and unlike the H-1B program is not given time to find another suitable husband, she is immediately deported.

The USCIS department will be directed to create a website and phone app which allows male citizens to view the profiles of applicants, which will include a first name, ethnicity, country of origin, photos of the woman's choosing, and several anatomical markers (age/weight/height/proportions/dental records and the date at which they were most recently acquired), the latter of which will be recorded at the nearest embassy or consulate to ensure accuracy.

Should a male (male) citizen take an interest in any application, USCIS will provide channels for digital communication, and if further interest is taken, the applicant can be flown to the USA for a trial period of two weeks at the citizen's expense.
