It's interesting how none of the actual articles about this story contain the image that OP's image shows on that twitter account.
It's also interesting how a reverse image search only brings up twitter, facebook, and forum posts with the image, and not one single news report on this story with the actual image.
Almost like the image originates outside of official sources.
Is it more likely that some random person put this image together with random pictures of attractive white women for the purpose of demoralization, or that they somehow acquired pictures of the actual criminal officers through means that probably are not legal?
