Sure, we were historical rivals for hundreds and hundreds of years and waged multiple wars across our combined histories but that doesn't really matter anymore. Germany sort of stopped existing culturally, as a nation after WW2. They are now an european economic zone with no real identity slowly beign wiped out and replaced via Kalergi Plan. This sort of cultural, historical animosity that some of my countrymen bare makes no sense anymore. I think it's just some of the normies who lack a crucial context.
It's a shame this is how this long rivarly ends and makes me feel bad for krauts. I once thought we'd both go down fighting eachother but it all ends up with a wimper and we're gonna be next on the chopping block in like 15 years if nothing changes. Despite everything i think im gonna kinda miss them, they were good rivals.
