How do I move on from getting assaulted in may?

I have 3 options.
Killing myself.
Going homeless and getting raped by niggers.
Killing the guy who assaulted me (found out he also beats his girlfriend).

I don't want to live anymore and I turned 25 on June 30th.

Life is exhausting.
Especially these refugees and immigrant students (jeets) making it worse.
