So face centered cubic is about ((pi*sqrt(2))/2 ≈ 74
Of course good ziggers aren't spheres and they slough upon each other but they do contain bones which might leave more air and low density towards the top of the cube
So I would gut-guess (heh) about 0,84 as packing factor for ziggers in such a large cube
Now we just take the cube root of 75.050.000L ------> 421.810027
We know a liter has the corner length of 10 cm
So the intermediate result is a cubenik of 42.2m if I'm not thinking wrong here
With our packing factor we get cube root 75.050.000L/0,84 -------> 447.051068
