On one end Triple H could've booked this reign better. Three defenses in 132 days is criminal for someone as good as IYO.

On another end, no matter that she lost, IYO has easily cemented herself as a star on par with Rhea. She was so over Rhea was being booed during the match in some instances. Her emote is massively over and she is still the only Joshi to have a wrestlemania win. She'll be champion again. I doubt we'll see her not in the main event for a while.
