I'm not political really but it seems there's broad support for the idea lefties overplayed their hand here and it isn't going away/is driving a lot of young folks more to the right.
Perhaps some pullback is in order. It's been done before.
Pragmatism should come first. Politics is the art of the possible after all, and being the anti-fun party is not a long term strategy.
