>Digimon Racing (GBA)
Racing game ala Mario Kart. Not great, not terrible, it's just alright.
>Digimon Rumble Arena 2 (PS2 and GC)
Platform fighter. Not as good as 1 but still solid.
>Digimon World Data Squad (PS2)
This would be considered a Story game nowadays but it's essentially a JRPG based off of Savers. I personally haven't played it but I read it's alright.
>Digimon World DS, Dusk, and Dawn (NDS)
All three are what would be called "Story" games nowadays. They are monster collecting JRPGs. Dusk and Dawn are the same game just different versions, DS is its own game. They're all solid they just have some crazy encounter rates and issues with Digivolution grinding but they're not a dealbreaker.
>Digimon World Championship (NDS)
Monster raising game that's more akin to something like Monster Rancher or the V-pets than a World game.
>Digimon Adventure (PSP)
Follows the story of Adventure (First season of the anime). I haven't played this but most people say it's not that good unless you really are hankering for more Adventure.
>Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode (3DS)
Do not play the PSP version. Many things were fixed with the 3DS release, tons of content was added, and the PSP version is now irrelevant. This is where the World/Story split starts to happen in the titles so you know what genre you're getting. Monster raising game, the map is well designed but it has a heavy focus on grinding the gyms to actually explore unlike World 1, and the addition of Megas sort of unbalanced progression unlike World 1. Still a solid game if you can ignore the issues.
One last post should do it.
