Regarding the downed F-16, remember when agent Z complained that 20 000 missiles they need to hunt drones got sent to Israel? Those were APKWS, a Hydra 70 rocket with a laser seeker. Those are very short range and I suspect they need to hunt the drones at level flight to not lose track of them. I suspect this is a probable cause of accidents.
