The video is from YouTube and the channel stamp is for Inter, which is a Ukrainian channel. The video is overlaid with some commentary, presumably by these guys. Basically they're saying that this is the supermarket security room, that the fatter guy in the white shirt is the head of security, that the shooter clearly has combat training and it's weird that he wasn't being handled with more care because he's clearly quite buff. Lastly, that the guys who got killed all handled themselves valiantly.
I'm guessing the broadcast is from when it just occurred.
