Okay fuck Fallout 4 and fuck Todd, I've downloaded every performance fix from MR plus few others and this piece of shit still can't keep 60fps in the overworld.
You'd think that if a game scans your hardware and sets everything to Ultra (I manually lowered it later) you can expect stable 60fps in 1080p but noooooo, everything has to Just Work™
