That's really odd. The "respectful" way would be for the artist to just tag it as something more polite like "girlcock" or just cock-related tags, which would satisfy a lot of people. Those looking for it, those not looking for it, and those who get incensed over certain words.

Oh this is just pure laziness. I've seen a good number of artists who started posting to twitter and such cause they don't want to have to do anything but upload, and on sites that forced tags or needing a description/title a lot just typed

It's like they don't understand that tags both allow people who like your stuff to find it easier, as well as people who dislike it to not get annoyed enough to interact. Win/Win all around.
