In all seriousness what is a good incline for matching a flat outdoor run? I read anywhere from .5 to 2.
Do I get bonus points for running barefoot at least?

Also, in my defense I am a numbers autist. So I really do love the treadmill. I've gone on a few runs outside. It's nice if the weather is perfect. Otherwise meh.
