Sorry ever since the timeskip he's been goofy adorable mascot man. It's weird how cute they've made Chopper given that his whole backstory was being a weird looking reindeer that no one wanted around. I missed his weird looks from pre-timeskip. I don't see people talking about how Elbaf is actually giving a lot of the strawhats characterization instead of sidelining them like the previous few arcs
