I don't think it's a big deal either, but I'm not "the anime fan" so I can understand if they are upset with even small differences. especially considering the anime came first.

imagine you wanted Super friends sets and you get the modern versions of these heroes. some people would be happy just to see Superman, others might be upset the colors are darker
