Unlike MoW squads can only move as a single unit, though if say ATGM guy gets killed others can pick it up and fire it. Supply and ammunition is a bit more streamlined. Armor system makes it so that vehicle modules can be repaired, but armor that has been whittled down by RPGs, HE, ATGM can't so that vehicle can be in a lot more danger by the end of the mission. As an example, with enough fire at the side of a BMP, a 12.7mm HGM can damage the side armor to the point that it starts killing crew, transported troops and hit the ammo storage.
I recommend you pirate Syrian Warfare to see what you can expect. Terminator has pacing and difficulty balancing issues in the campaign.
