I'd say just stack a bunch of lighter shaders if you are just looking for color adjustment. I use a LUT from this pack: https://www.patreon.com/posts/full-bloom-2-0-53558076 and Vibrance.fx, Levels.fx, Panda.fx which should still be in the reshade install. Outlines are just Comic.fx with Edges:Color and Chroma disabled, and Luma/Saturation tweaked.
