You know what I just remembered? Two or maybe three years ago I went back to my father's house and my cousin had this food truck, it was a pastel food truck. Do you know what a pastel is? It's a very popular snack around here, a deep fried kinda of dough stuffed with many different things can be sweet can be salty, anyway, it was late at night and I was there making the pasteis and a homeless dude showed up, said he was hungry and if I could give him something so I fried one pastel to him and we started talking and then at some point he said "Man, what the fuck are you doing there?
