I use webapp.magicposer.com.
Barebones funcional, inability to save fucking sucks. But it's free, works in a browser, and is good enough to quickly throw together a ref. Alternatively, I used Koikatsu Studio, but I think it's overkill.
I am looking for a solution that falls somewhere in between, but haven't found one yet.
