Russia is also winning by grinding ukraine out of military age men and completely ransacking whatever economy it had(poorer than russia). Every second ukraine doesnt cut s deal is a win for putin. Russia can play the long game because it has money and far more people. Ukraine does not and the west wont fund them for a decade. There is no winning for ukraine. They should cut their losses and try come back later if its even possible now, probably not
