The She-Ra tranny shit is because the showrunner of that incarnation is a massive troon and obviously coded that shit into the work, with Adora going from relatively female looking to taking on masculine traits, such as broader shoulders, becoming taller, and most telling, becoming completely flat-chested. So while not explicit in the show, even artists that keep Adora female when doing R34 will often put her in a fucking binder or something. Which I think over all makes not just the R34 but the new show itself disrespectful to the original creators, She-Ra was meant to represent strength through femininity, but if you look at the old and new designs next to each other, one is clearly a beautiful, statuesque woman, and the other looks like a 12 year old boy with long hair.
