I just had my game freeze for three seconds fighting the drakes + the one sword chick right here. I think it was trying to calculate the Echoes spawning or something because it spawned two of them. But yeah, it's only happening specifically in Septimont, everything outside works like normal. Maybe it's just because of the group sizes they have all over the place now? Directly to my southeast on that staircase it's like I'm playing Bloodborne with how many of those priests with the staffs were spawned in.
