probably because of the complete lack of information, fans themselves come up with their own waifu in their heads (me too). I can say for myself that I liked her because... she's not a normal girl. I'm not interested in normal girls, and they weren't interested in me. Vivienne ignores the character and this is to some extent even a benefit.
