yeah it would have to be more rpg than shooter. maybe more along resident evil with very sparse ammo and a lot of puzzle solving to avoid anomalies, running missions for the institute and the bar/fixers/other stalkers. could base it in one of the other zones to expand the universe as the book is pretty short.
