For women, lower body stuff is one of those secondary sex characteristics I think. For men, the upper body is the secondary sexual characteristic. Nobody remarks about the broadness of a womans shoulders. But people talk all the time about a womans waist or ass or thighs. Same with mens upper body. Nobody is complimenting guys asses. But people will compliment men with broad shoulders or a wide back etc.
