I feel like without dlt you'll be better off doing double hold dodge rotation. Here's score without any weapon reso on Sleener, doing one ult per rotation.
Rotation is
3-ping - hold basic - 3-ping - ult - hold basic - hold dodge - spam all concerto orbs - hold dodge - ult - swap
That way you'll also get flower ult sometimes, which is stronger than normal one, somewhat compensating the loss of a second ult.
I'm not willing to suffer through testing no dlt Hanying since I hate her gameplay enough already, but you can probably manage by giving a bit more field time to Alisa.
