To be fair, it would be easy to misjudge the conditions you’re quickly getting into there. I’ve been up there and it’s gone from walking in almost summer clothes along the ridge to whiteout, gale force wind and not sure if it was actually snowing or just getting blown at us.
Pretty fun actually. Next day the same so got a few meters of webbing so we couldn’t lose each other and made our way to the ski club lodge with a nice fire, hot showers and whisky.
Still haven’t made it to Angelus. 3 tries but the weather has gone tits up every time. Ah well. Maybe next time.
