I want to say one last thing, you have to eat a lot so get used to be being a little chubby picrel otherwise you're just spinning the wheels and you'll never get stronger or bigger. This is true even if you want an otter mode physique. Tomorrow I'll likely share some program info for you, in case you need it. In the meantime decide if you want an otter mode or bear mode body.
