I am not part of the SoCal FGC cabal. I don't have connections. I'm a self-taught hobbyist from Canada trying to make a fighting game.

I accept that my game may never receive international success or even pull Skullgirls' meager numbers. I am making something with meaning to me, based on what I like. I will continue to work on it and make every effort to make something good, but I leave my game's success, and even its existence, in the hands of God. Should He ever say that I need to put it down, it will be extremely difficult, but I am willing to do so.

Father, I hand you the feelings of anxiety and envy I feel. Bless these other people and thank you for the gifts you have given me. My games are yours. Direct or derail them as You see fit.
