As an HDB neon, the new requirements make me upset. Not because I couldn't gotten in sooner since, as for everyone else with the slightest programming knowledge, account age was the bottleneck. No, it makes me upset because it means neons can have what I have. I say stop recruitment from all cabal altogether.
