Probably to appease YT. It's not like she removed the tummy toggle all together considering she used it during the Lighthouse stream. Plus the tummy still remains in the little dance she does.
>Changed the crayon drawing
She changed it to her drawing a compass on a map with her Lighthouse on it. The crayon drawing has nothing to do with her lore or her aesthetic. Over the past 2 weeks she talked constantly about being a Lighthouse Keeper and how "the light must never go out". In the month leading up to her getting ready for debut, "lore" was probably the last thing on her mind. So she just made her character "saaaaaaabaaaaaa saaaaabaaaaaa, I'm a cute fish loli!", with the Lighthouse in her teasers being a callback to her hometown. Not to mention, she got a lot of flack from even some of her oldhead Gura fans about the fan name being Kaniki; several of them saying they felt super uncomfortable with it. And yet Kaniki has yet to be changed. Not even an assurance saying if someone doesn't like the name they can just use one of the other suggested names, nothing. And we know for a fact Saba reads YT comments.
