She's a bit airheaded, a trait that's taken advantage of very well in the scenes she shows up in (the blank stare, pic related, and the 'it's Chise!' moment during the Umika event)
Her childlike innocence is Heartwarming (as seen in her final summer momotalk), but also funny (as seen when she tries to bring Sensei back as her treasure in her summer momo)
Every scene she is featured in is always a good time, which is why I like Chise.
