For the record did you know in the Bible wisdom is referred to as being feminine, and Sophia is greek for wisdom. The Hebrew word for wisdom which is also on the tree is chochmah, and the jews portrayed this as being masculine, but Chochmah is actually a feminine noun.
In Tibetan Buddhism Dakinis are "worshipped" in tantric rituals as being the embodiment of the Divine wisdom. Vajrayogini is the embodiment of the feminine aspect of the enlightened essence, and the Wisdom which cuts through ignorance to attain enlightenment, and like Sophia, she's red.
