>I wonder what the husbandos morning routine looks like
Team Rocket primarily works at night, so Gio's morning probably wouldn't start until 10am ~ noon or so. Once he does wake up, he likely takes his time getting ready—washing up, shaving, getting dressed, and making sure everything looks immaculate. Not a single hair out of place, nor a single wrinkle on his suit. Appearances can make or break a business deal, after all.
Due to how late he wakes up, he probably skips breakfast most days and doesn't eat until lunch (which he doesn't have until 3 or so). He'll spend the first few hours of his day sipping on a coffee while he reviews the reports from grunts' missions the night before, then he'll head to any meetings he has.
Mastersex has a line where he says that if he has to think, he does it in the morning. So I imagine if he's trying to plan a mission or something, he won't get much sleep and will wake up much earlier than usual in order to have more time to think. He may eat breakfast on days like these, but he's usually too preoccupied with planning to realize he hasn't eaten.

Gio wouldn't particularly like milkshakes, complaining that they're too sweet. If he had to get one though, he'd probably go for something that has a slightly bitter flavour to balance it out. Are dark chocolate milkshakes a thing? Or maybe coffee like an earlier post said. Out of the three basic flavours (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry) chocolate would be his go-to, and strawberry would be his least favourite (I doubt he'd enjoy fruity flavours).
I like to imagine sitting next to him with a sweet drink and forcing him to try a sip, only for him to complain that it's too sweet. But then I push him to take another sip, and only after the second taste does he acknowledge that—despite how sweet it is—the flavours aren't actually that bad.
