The only time I feel strong emotions is with fictional characters. Games, anime, films, etc.

I spent every childhood summer with my grandmother, we were best friends, and when she died all I felt was "hmm, oh well". Which makes me sound like an edgeheg but in reality it's a crippling condition that has made it impossible for me to make a single friend or ever care about another person enough to form a relationship. And it's always been this way, even as far back as I can recall, I was glued to the tv invested in the lives of pretend people with 0 affection in my heart for my flesh and blood family.
