Isn't the bigger thing that it's weirder for us to expect VAs to do what idols do long after when most idols are still active? I'm sure some VAs like doing them while some don't so I can't really say it's a bad or good thing, just that it's a clear expectation in Imas.

Then again we do see most VAs and their agencies just put on live shows. Imas isn't even the first to do this as iirc Tomimeki Memorial did something similar on 2003 and probably even older games.
