I am going to hazard a guess and assume they still have an overblown UI that is impossible to intuitively read and you constantly get bombard with notifs about some retarded event. I also assume the end game consists of artifically lengthened grinding where you have to fill some bars and meet arbitrary criteria to even get an attempt to farm items you ned to get a 2% increase instead of just letting you be done with the game and enjoy your completed build.
