Ideally you don't want to have to burst with Helm unless you have to since even with her treasure other units have a good chance of outperforming her personal damage even with the 8000% modifier and charge damage multiplier buff. You can still craft a team around having her burst if you need the heals but when making teams with her you should consider whether she'll be healing or supporting as an off-burst

The exception to this is on-element content, in which case she's absolutely a strong DPS
