I can make a genuine list of the bad things about SV (and I loved the game):
>graphics and performance
>>tera raids are actually shit
>art direction is generally ugly, generic NPCs are ugly
>>but a lot of named NPCs are actually great, just that you only see them for 2 minutes
>online features are horribly barebones
>>the comp circuit had technical issues throughout the entire generation cycle

but I loved the story and the music, the dex is solid, the gameplay is actually quite fun outside tera raid shenanigans (which are optional for the most part), and Area Zero is an all timer zone. I just think they could have done a lot better and seethe at the wasted potential because this game could have been Pokémon's BOTW
